Welcome to our tranquil retreat in the treetops of Daleys Point and take in the breathtaking views over the Brisbane Waters. Inside, the open and inviting interior boasts large windows that invite the outside in, allowing guests to take in the beauty of the surrounding landscape from inside. Enjoy the views and a BBQ with friends and family on the expansive deck or take a dip in the spa as the sun sets. Our treetop oasis offers the perfect retreat for those seeking tranquillity and relaxation.

Good to know

Access to the property is a fun ride via an Inclinator from the driveway (max. 4 people at a time). Our house has a good sized yard, a large living and dining space with magnificent views of Brisbane waters. There are four bedrooms - 1: the master bedroom with ensuite, more incredible views and king size bed. 2: second has queen sized bed 3: third has a double bed 4: fourth has two single beds There are two expansive decks that take in the amazing views over Brisbane Waters and on the top deck is a fantastic built in spa from where you can relax and just stare at the beauty. PLEASE NOTE: There is a path that leads down to a boathouse from the yard. This is a seperate Airbnb listing and is not part of the house booking, and access is not permitted under any circumstances.

* VISITORS NOT PERMITTED WITHOUT PRIOR OWNER CONSENT! If you allow unauthorised visitors, your booking will be cancelled and you will be asked to leave the property immediately. Guests are required to leave the property by 8pm. * THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE! Dogs are not to be left unattended in the house. Please note: Extra cleaning fee due to excessive pet hair or any damages to the house may be charged. Please also clean up after them. Waste bags are available for your convenience. * Security camera located at the garage/ driveway and doorbell camera. No smoking or vaping inside the property. Please respect the neighbours and keep noise levels to a minimum, especially after 10pm. We truly want you and others to enjoy the place so please treat the property with care and respect, as if it were your own.

This house is one of those rare locations. Once your finally in the house and you go onto the balcony and look out at the view you realise your in a very special spot.

We had a wonderful weekend at Ivona's place which offers the most beautiful, peaceful outlook with plenty of space for everyone. Ivona and Dean are attentive, responsive hosts. The hot tub has the most gorgeous view, there are stunning walks on your doorstep andwe left feeling recharged and relaxed. Would come back tomorrow!

The house was very clean, modern, had everything we needed to feel at home. The views are breathtaking, the hosts Ivona and Dean were extremely welcoming and promptly responded to all our enquiries. We enjoyed the rides with the inclinator lift, the walking tracks in Bouddi National Park, Ettalong markets and excellent coffee shops, all in close proximity. We would highly recommend this wonderful house.

So beautiful and relaxing with a home away from home vibe. The Jacuzzi, view and proximity to the national park are worth the visit alone. Hosts couldn’t be more helpful, so attentive!!! Can’t wait to visit again, def perfect place for a last minute getaway close to Sydney.
